Our body uses more energy to break down meat products, so if meat is eliminated from your anti-aging diet and replaced with fruits, vegetables, and other sources of protein, it won’t be long before you start to notice the benefits.

If you’re considering veganism, it’s easier if you make the transition gradually. Start by going vegetarian first and only eliminate meat from your anti-aging diet.
