Will Smith looks so good for his age—he’s 44—because he exercises both his body and his mind. As he’s said in the past, the key to living a healthy, happy life is simple: “running and reading.” Like studies have shown, reading can help reduce your risk of developing age-related memory loss.
Will Smith tends to change his workout routine based on his film roles, but he always maintains some degree of fitness and always eats healthy as a way of staying young and ready for anything. “Just stay ready. Stay in shape and then you don’t have to rush to train before the movie starts,” says the actor. “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.”
