Gwyneth Paltrow is quickly becoming a lifestyle guru, and with her latest upcoming release on Amazon, she is making strides in the beauty industry. The 44-year-old actress is a testament to her philosophy on beauty, as she appears ageless and able to defy the aging process. Her beauty guide, titled GOOP Clean Beauty, will be available for purchase December 27th. Fans of her GOOP brand will be clamoring to buy the resource book, looking for more clean living tips from the beauty expert.
The newest release from Gwyneth Paltrow looks to be the ultimate beauty guide for 2017, full of tips on how to emulate her healthy, mindful living lifestyle. Starting with her clean eating habits, the actress-turned-lifestyle guru takes the reader through her philosophy on clean living. With a little help from Paltrow’s team at GOOP, this book is a comprehensive guide to beauty advice from hair and makeup tutorials, providing guidance on aging, acne, and antioxidants.
Paltrow first launched her weekly online lifestyle newsletter GOOP in 2008, encouraging readers to “nourish the inner aspect.” Each week, the website focuses on an action, Make, Go, Get, Do, Be and See. She envisioned a place where people could come for travel recommendations, health-centric recipes, shopping advice, tips on health and fitness, and many other subjects. From there, her lifestyle company grew into publications, pop up shops, an online store, and even a skin care line. It has become a brand known for incredible experts who offer a tight curation of products and content.
Gwyneth Paltrow on Clean Sleeping
We all know Gwyneth Paltrow is known for her clean eating habits, but her attention to good health spans far beyond what the actress puts into her body. She also feels strongly about how she treats her body. The Daily Mail recently caught up with the busy actress and business owner, and she explained her philosophy on clean sleeping. “You might think it’s just a midlife thing, but if you find yourself feeling irritable, anxious or depressed, if you get easily frustrated, forgetful or struggle to cope with stress like you used to, it could be because you’re not getting enough good-quality sleep. The lifestyle I lead is based not just on clean eating, but also on clean sleeping; at least seven or eight hours of good quality sleep, and ideally even 10”
Paltrow adds that sleep plays a “powerful role” in helping with energy levels and appetite, and that sleep is her first priority, even over diet. Gwyneth Paltrow doesn’t see herself as an expert, but admits she is “eternally curious about health and wellness.” She however built up a team of experts to help her learn more, so that she can share her findings with her followers of GOOP.
With over half a million followers on Instagram, Gwyneth Paltrow seems to have quite a following for her lifestyle tips and advice. If her own appearance and success is anything to go on, I think we should all include a little GOOP in our lives, so order your GOOP Clean Beauty Book December 27th!
