Lingerie model Stella Maxwell took to Instagram to share a makeup snap for the Versace campaign. She also used the social media platform to give a shout-out to model Jasmine Tookes, who will be wearing the Fantasy Bra for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show. The opportunity came as an honor to the model as each year a new set of beauties are welcomed to walk the 2016 VSFashion show. Among the other 54 models joining the show are Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge, Alessandra Ambrosio, Elsa Hosk, Sara Sampaio, Gigi Hadid, Zuri Tibby, and Xiao Wen Ju.
This summer, Coveteur shared some secret beauty tips from Stella Maxwell’s daily routine, and to our surprise, it’s not out of the ordinary! She prefers to shower in the morning because she says, “It wakes me up, refreshes me, and gets me ready for my day. I moisturize, put on some lip balm, brush my hair. Coffee in the morning is essential. I like tea too, but I do coffee in the morning—usually, an almond latte.” If she has the day off she will workout mid-day to prevent the stress of waking up too early but “not too late because then I’ve lost my momentum. If I’m shooting, I work out before or after.” Her exercise routine involves weight training and toning to lengthen her muscles and create a leaner physique rather than bulking up. “My trainer and I have been doing a lot of handstands, and that’s more about core strength. We try to change the routine a little bit every time we work out. It’s good to not let your body get too used to your routine,” she tells Coveteur. Maxwell shared more details about workout regimen with Elle saying, “During work I try to stretch a bit between photos. I’m usually pretty tired after work so I might do some yoga or just relax, but I do end my day with another 20 minutes of meditation.”
Maxwell enjoys avocado and toast for breakfast, and wears the Victoria Secret Easy Bra, even when she’s not posing for a shoot.
In her Instagram post from Thursday, Maxwell dished on the silver eyeliner touch to her inner eye. Her eye makeup is simple and clean, with her waterlines lined with a pale pink to make her peepers pop. Her makeup artist, Pat McGrath, opted for a pin-straight hairstyle for Maxwell, which accentuates her chin and jawline for a slender look. Overall, her makeup is light and fresh—a different look from her usual black, smoky eyes.
