Fans were sent into a frenzy last night when Taylor Swift revealed that she’d collaborated with former One Direction band member, Zayn Malik, on a new single for the upcoming Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack. This film is the second in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, and is set to be released in February 2017. Entitled “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” the singer posted a sneak peek of the song to her Instagram page, captioning the video “#fiftyshadesdarker #idontwannaliveforever.”

This new single not only generated support from the millions of loyal fans to Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik, but from their personal counterparts as well. Zayn’s girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, showed her support of her beau’s new track by posting a photo to her Twitter, confirming that she purchased it on iTunes on the heels of its release. Lena Dunham, friend to Taylor Swift and girlfriend to Jack Antonoff—who wrote the single—also took to social media to share her elation over the track. After exclaiming her excitement using a few profanities, in true Lena Dunham style, the actress went on to say:

“My boyfriend is a genius and he wrote the new single from Fifty Shades Darker with Sam Dew and my girl @taylorswift (who has never sounded more sultry) And then there’s @zayn blowing up my whole heart. SO. DAMN. PROUD of @jackantonoff. On iTunes now I just bought itttttttt.”

Taylor Swift Gets in Touch with Her Inner Songwriter

Though Taylor Swift hasn’t released any new music since February 2014 when she premiered her album, 1989, she hasn’t been completely MIA from the music scene. Apart from the surprise release of “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” Swift has confirmed that she’s written “This is What You Came For” by ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris and Rihanna, as well as “Better Man” by the country group, Little Big Town.

T-Swift Gets Cozy on the Beach

Uploading a series of photos on Instagram during Thanksgiving weekend, Taylor Swift was pictured with other celebrities like Lily Donaldson and Martha Hunt. Swift and Hunt were particularly cozy in one photo on the beach, both wearing natural looks. Though we’re used to seeing the signature Taylor Swift makeup look featuring a bold red lip, both of these beauties donned matching no makeup looks, dressed in fall appropriate outerwear. Toques and heavy fall jackets in full effect, Hunt completed her look with a pair of high waisted mom jeans.
