My Recommendation: 1,000 mg of omega-3 anti-aging supplements three times a day with food.
Chromium anti-aging supplements are important for metabolic syndrome because it’s something our body needs more of as we age. Chromium is a trace mineral found in many types of food. However, as we get older, the amount of chromium we need increases because of our overconsumption of refined carbohydrates. Chromium is a vital compound necessary to metabolize carbohydrates, influence insulin sensitivity, and maintain stable blood sugar, which is why it’s one of the required anti-aging supplements for metabolic syndrome. The addition of chromium in people who have impaired insulin sensitivity and high blood sugar can help to reverse this dangerous situation.
My Recommendation: 200 mcg a day of chromium picolinate anti-aging supplements to be taken with food. This dosage can be increased if necessary, but start low and build up.
